This new oven is lifted into place ready to be installed – causing great excitement on site as we start to fit out the new £24m building which will be open in March.

Of course, the kitchen will be the heart of our operation, producing classic dishes with a modern twist for Aalto Restaurant, our small private dining room, plus the cool Alvar Bar. Our open kitchen format means that diners call really feel a part of the action as the team conjures up culinary magic. The Chef’s Table, which seats ten, presents a great opportunity to get up close and personal, for an interactive and memorable dining experience.
