We’re celebrating Fan Club Friday with some great comments from visitors. Like many businesses, we LOVE feedback from our customers as it’s great to hear where we are getting things right and (only occasionally we hope!) find out the areas where we can make change to make things even better.
We know it’s a little self indulgent, but here’s some the of the great comments we’ve had on TripAdvisor recently.
Jason O from Manchester wrote: “I’ve stayed in Hotel La Tour twice since it opened and have to say it offers something that many of the other big names doesn’t. You get the feeling here that your money has been well spent. Most importantly you can get a great night’s sleep in the comfy beds, whilst having the comfort of a great shower in the morning. The only problem is that you may end up being late since the bed and shower are hard to walk away from.”
Sorry Jason: hope the shower didn’t make you too late!
Jennyjcamp from Nottingham wrote: “We stayed here for one night only and wished we could have stayed for longer. Hotel La Tour was superb. It is relatively easy to find with an area just outside the main entrance where you can park to unload. The reception area is sparse as check in pods are available for use if required, I guess for speed. We paid for a room upgrade and were recommended the superior room. We were not disappointed. These rooms are located in the apex of the building so have a quirky shape, but it works. Spacious bedroom with large flat screen television, a clothing area with wardrobe, iron and ironing board, large bathroom with a lovely deep bath, very spacious walk in shower and a television and a study area with a desk. I loved the futuristic finishing touches with swipe card entry to the room and touch pads to control room lighting and temperature.”
Our ultra-modern building does create interesting shapes in some areas of the hotel and the full-height glass wall at reception means we’re flooded with natural daylight: and sometimes it’s even sunny!
