Come along and take part in this free class and get some fresh air. Tai Chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements. Originally developed as a martial art in 13th century China, it is a sort of self-defence against life’s daily stresses and strains.
You should find it a relaxing form of exercise which strengthens the body both mentally and physically by improving levels of relaxing and teaching correct body alignment. Suitable for all ages and fun too.
The classes at Eastside Park are part of Birmingham City Council’s Active Parks programme.
